i have a felony in arizona does it cout for Hunting in michigan?
i got a felony in 2004 and moved back to michigan and want to go rifle Deer Hunting but dont know the laws here.
A felony “counts” everywhere. It is up to the licensing bureau in Michigan to decide if it precludes you from getting a Hunting License. Generally people who have felonies are not allowed to have guns. I suggest you contact whoever regulates the license. They would know. But I seriously doubt you will be allowed to get a hunting license/gun permit.
